Patent leaf stays on tissue until pressed onto your prepared surface, then the backing is removed. Not suitable for water gilding. Weighs 18 grams per 1000 leaves. Store in 80% humidity wrapped in plastic to maintain tissue moisture. Avoid dry, warm environments, which can loosen the leaf. If leaf adheres too tightly after hot, humid storage, refrigerate or store in a cool, dry place to restore proper mounting.
