Premium Italian 12kt white gold leaf from Manetti, supplied as a continuous master roll measuring 20 meters (67 feet) long. Each individual leaf is 3" x 4 1/8" (104mm x 104mm), wax-adhered to lightweight paper backing with precise 2mm overlaps for seamless application.

Ribbon leaf differs from patent leaf in construction—the gold is bonded to paper via wax rather than pressed onto tissue, making it ideal for oil-based or synthetic sizing on flat surfaces. The paper backing prevents the delicate leaf from settling into ornate details or recesses, giving you control over application placement.

Store in stable temperature and humidity conditions. Excessive dryness may loosen the leaf from its backing, while high heat and humidity can cause over-adhesion. Proper storage ensures consistent workability throughout the roll.
